Terrific Success

Crowds Turn Out For Xmas Parade

Gisborne's first Christmas Parade was held on the morning of Saturday, November 27, and was a resounding success. Star attraction of the parade, of course, was Daddy Christmas himself, but all the other floats were not far behind in drawing attention from the wide-eyed children lining the streets.

Historic, modern and nursery rhyme themes were all represented in the float line-up.
