Special Coaching

A two-day coaching session, organised by the H.B.P.B. Swimming Centre, was held at the Central School baths on November 13 and 14. John Beaumont, a coach who has his pwn pool in Havelock North, conducted sessions for improvers, and also gave stroke correction lessons, while Mesdames Judy Gempton and Doreen Scullin of the Learn To Swim . committee conducted confidence and beginners' courses.
