McNamara–Leerson. At Wangaratta, Australia, Beverly, only daughter of Mr and Mrs D. Leerson, Ryley Street, Wangaratta, to John, second son of Mr and Mrs F. McNamara, 11 Haldane Street. The attendants are Geraldine Clayton, Wangaratta, and Max Wintle, formerly of Gisborne. The couple will live in Wangaratta for some time before returning to New Zealand.

Curtis, 8 East Avenue, Highbridge, Somerset, England, to Burton Athol, youngest son of Mr and Mrs H. O. Lamont, 218 Lytton Road. The attendants are Heather Astin, Perth, and John Arthur, formerly of Gisborne. The couple are at present living in Perth but intend to come to New Zealand in about two years.
