Mr Doug Liddell, representing J. W. O'Donoghue Ltd, hands over the keys for the house-sized cafeteria which has been built for men working on the waterfront at the overseas wharf. Accepting the keys is Mr Doug Culhane, assistant manager, Waterfront Industry Commission.
