Funds For Fonomarae

To raise money for the hospitality fund for the Girls' Brigade Fonomarae, to be held in Auckland, all the brigade comapnies in Gisborne co-ordinated their efforts, to produce a very enjoyable fashion parade. Clothes for the young modern miss were shown by Melbourne Cash and actually modelled by brigaders. Other centres are also raising money for the Fonomarae (which is the equivalent of the Scouts jamboree) and if this parade, as an effort, is any indication, the gathering should be one big success!
