A shimmering sea enhances this view of part of the East Coast which takes in the entrance to Cook's Cove in the foreground, then Tolaga Bay, Karaka Bay, and Kaiaua Beach with Marau Point at the extreme right. Kaiaua is often considered the best swimming beach on the Coast.
