Squash Season Starts With Round Robin

Squash got away to a good start recently when a Round Robin was held to start the season Players of equal ability all play each other which makes for even and enjoyable competition. The prizes for this tournament came from sponsors Mclidowie Sports Centre and Common, Shelton & Co.

Auckland Trip Group

This photo, taken by young photographer John Cull of Fox Street, shows the group of sixth and seventh form pupils of St Mary's College who travelled to Auckland recently for a three day seminar on "The Christian in the Modern World Today". A further two days were spent on an educational sightseeing tour of Auckland before returning to Gisborne.
