Golden Wedding

On March 28, fifty yeaxs of marriage were celebrated by Mr Frank Lloyd and his wife Olive (nee Mitchell) of 1 Shaw Street. On that day in 1921 they were married in St Matthew's in Hastings by the Rev. O. Gibson. The Lloyds have lived all their married life in Gisborne, with Mr Lloyd working in the coach painting and trimming trade.
