Welfare League Holds Garden Party

The Maori Women's Welfare League held a very enjoyable garden party at the residence of Mr and Mrs H. K. Ngata, Grant Road, recently.

Highlight of the afternoon was a parade of fashions from the house of Day 'n' Dance Wear, The verandah and gardens of the Ngata residence set off the parade to advantage.
