Double Wedding

A double wedding took place in the city recently when the daughters of Mr and Mrs J. S. B. Denton, "Mowbraes", Waipaoa, were married in St Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Susan Mary (left centre) married Brian James, son of Mr and Mrs J. Farrell, 31 Wilford Street, Lower Hutt, while Elizabeth Jean wed Lee Courtenay, son of Mr and Mrs L. Taylor, 4A Madras Street, Wanganui. Susan and Brian's attendants were Anne Mclntyre. Puha, cousin of the bride, and Vic Doole, Taihape. Elizabeth and Lee's attendants were Carol Hetherington, Hawera, and John Nutter, Wanganui. Future home for Brian and Susan is Lower Hutt, while Lee and Elizabeth will live in Wanganui.
