New Additions

A new addition to the Kaiti Mall complex is Bayly's Plant Centre.

The high-roofed self-cooling building is connected to the rest of the shopping centre by a covered walkway, which ties it in nicely with the other shops. After nearly 10 years on a property at Okitu, Rob Bayly has built this attractive plant centre, and also shifted to a new nursery property near the 2ZG radio transmitter at Wainui.

As well as selling plants, trees and shrubs etc., the centre also does landscape gardening. One of the latest jobs was the Archery Club's new surroundings, part of which are shown here.

Hundreds of dozens of annuals are grown for the firm's clients every year.
