Comrades Remembered

The Battle of Britain and the men who fell in it were remembered at the annual memorial service held at the Cenotaph. A good attendance turned out on a brilliant day for the service.

Officials were, from left, R.S.A. president Gordon Harris, guest speaker Flt/Lt. Terry Parker, D.F.C., Prisoner of War Association secretary Ivor Crafts, Wing Commander Ivan Mitchell, O.B.E., D.F.C., who read the psalm, Group Captain George Nicholls, O.B.E., and Air Force Association president Keith Tarry.
