Drama Festival

Unity Theatre ran a four-day junior drama festival from August 17 through 20. Some especially good acting was seen on the boards, which proves there is plenty of talent coming up through the ranks.

The Ngata Memorial College group from Ruatoria were the winners, with their presentation of "Murder Most Foul".

Unity Theatre secretary, Eris Boy-ack, represented Ngata College at the presentation, and representative for Boys' and Girls' High Schools, who were second equal with "Reflections In A Muddy Pool", is Mark Okeby.
