Hunters Trophies

Gisborne deerstalkers had an enjoyable dinner and presentation night at Lows recently. Although all trophy winners were not present, most were on hand to get their awards. Some of them are pictured here.

The association's president, Peter Lomas (left), is pictured with Denis Moloney, winner of the Kawenga and Jackson Tray for the second year in succession, This is for the district record head, which scored 307⅞ points. Denis also won the Roaring Cup, presented for the best imitation of a stag's roar.

The club's honorary armourer, Howard Isles, presented the trophies.
