The proceeds from the fashion show organised by Charita Fashions and the Gisborne Floral Festival Inc., were presented to Mr Graeme Day who accepted them on behalf of the Community Hall Appeal. Leaving Reliance Tyres after 15 years with the Gisborne branch of the firm, Roger Thomas, Lyndhurst Street, has transferred to Taupo as the company's manager. He is pictured with his wife Barbara and their daughters Christine (on Dad's knee) and Vicki.

David and Annette Wale, Clifford Street, have left Gisborne to live in Wellington. David has taken the position as office manager with R. A. Jordan & Co.

Mrs F. Wheeler has resigned from her position as matron of the Health Camp for personal reasons. Mrs Wheeler has a wonderful way with children and she will be missed at the camp. She is pictured here with the boys and girls on the camp school steps.
