…and the Roof

While the painters' conference was going on keen do-it-yourselfer, ninety-five-year-old Percy Sargisson, 16 Desmond Road, went happily on his way painting his own roof. Nimble and agile, Mr Sargisson scraped down the roof and then proceeded to paint it red.
