Premiere

The Regent Theatre marked the start of the Cook Week celebrations with a gala film premier. The first New Zealand showings of "Courageous Captain Cook" and "The April Fools" took place and the occasion was full of colour as the pipe band, marching girls and Young Nick (David Garrett) all took part in the proceedings.
