Country Versus City

Football and basketball teams from Ngata College at Ruatoria played visiting games with teams at Lytton High at the Lytton High grounds recently. Although the rugby team was soundly defeated the girls' basketball teams gave the local lasses a good run for their money.

The Basketball B team provided good play and the final score was Lytton's 18 to Ngata's 17.
