Life-Saving Guards

The newly-formed Life Saving Guard Troop in Gisborne, photographed in their new uniforms. Members are given fall training in first aid by District Nurse, Sister N. Compton. Membership is open to all girls between ages of 11 and 18, and parades are held Saturdays at 10.30 in the Salvation Army youth centre hall.
