High above the Walker Teleservice store in Lowe Street Mr G. A. Walker attends to the construction of a large multi-channel aerial. It is now quite a dominant feature over the rooftops of that area of the city. The change-over to Wntv2 on May 20 has resulted in the erection of this aerial to receive the new station.

Recent visitors to the city and guesting on the late afternoon K.O.90 show were The Rebels. Crowds of young people crammed into Radio 2ZG's broadcasting lounge to see their idols. Disc jockey Graham Bolton comperes the show with The Rebels at back of him.

Various firms dealing in farm machinery lent valuable equipment for the Young Farmers' weekend competitions held at the showgrounds. Here is a line-up of the tractors used in the tractor backing competition.
