Marching Championships

Even though the Gisborne teams did not gain many placings in the Gisborne Marching Association's Open Marching Championships they rated high with the Hawkes Bay Association judges. Twenty teams took part in the championships, ten from Hawke's Bay, three from Whakatane, one from Rotorua, and six from Gisborne.
