Pictures from the Past

From Mr A. MacDonald, Te Awamutu, and formerly of Gisborne, come these pictures of the old bush-felling days up at Motuhora.

In our issue of March, 1967, there was a picture of this tramway engine as it was in 1917 in Gisborne. "Annie" was later used at Motuhora for hauling on the railway up there and this is how she looked 21 years later in 1938.
