A new feature of the Kiwi Home Cookery in Derby Street is the Crocodile Bread. A special processed powder made from crocodile teeth is imported under bond and when added to the dough causes it to stretch in cooking and take the original shape of the crocodile body. Pictured with one of the new type loaves is baker Roland Croskery to whose establishment the process is exclusive.
