Chief bridesmaid was Miss Jean Taylor, Whakatane, and the best man Mr Jim Eddy, Russell Street. Following them from the church are the groomsman, Mr Keith Cowper, brother of the bridegroom, and the bridesmaid, Miss Billie MeCafforty.
