The club's course was a scene of great activity during the annual mercantile tournament.

The Watersiders' team gained top honours with an average of forty points each. They are Pat McGhee, Morgan Te Rito, Pana Tureia and Tom Kere-kere.

Trevor Williams, Fred Johnstone, Graham Gibson and Max Danvers played for Retail Motor Trade.
