Exercise "Plane Crash"

A "plane crash" accident was simulated at Darton Field to test the preparedness of all bodies connected with the Civil Defence Organisation. The accident simulation, complete with burning "plane wreckage", tested the efficiency of all associated with Civil Defence and all came through the exercise without fault.
