Records Smashed
The race record and six of the ten lap records were smashed during the running of the annual Wairoa to Gisborne harrier relay on Saturday, September 23.
The Tokoroa A Team carved 5m 13s off the course record to establish a new one of 5h 22m 59s.
Barry Hogan' runs on down the long road on the fifth lap.
Val Robinson and Anne Ryan were the only two women runners in the event.
