Among the more spectacular acts on the programme of Ashton's circus, which played in Gisborne recently, was that of Jonaas and Nikki.

Hanging by his heels high above the crowd, Jonaas suspends Nikki from a strap held only by his teeth and gives the audience plenty of thrills during their act. More circus pics inside.
