Make 'N' Model Contest

The Make 'n' Model contest gains in popularity each autumn and there were 17 entries in the Gisborne section this year.

Mrs Gwen Gill of Auckland judged the contestants and 16-year-old Tea Hendrika Uittenbogaard of Te Puia won first prize of a sewing machine and the chance to go forward to the national finals laters in the year.
