Our Cover

Cover girl this month is Robyn Williamson, only daughter of Mr and Mrs N. A. ("Nick") Williamson, 123 Iranui Road. An attractive 17-year-old, Robyn is a familiar and eye-catching sight round town on her scooter, and this was the way we had intended to "shoot" her until we discovered that she looked even better in a bikini. The picture was taken at Kaiti Beach.

Back Cover. This hasn't been a summer for the beach except on rare occasions when high temperatures coincided with freedom to enjoy the sun and surf. These pictures at Waikanae Beach were taken on such a day--a Sunday late in January, when "everybody" was down at the seaside.
