The Gisborne Sheepfarmers Freezing Company's ship Turihaua, a frequent visitor to Gisborne harbour, may not be seen so often from now on. It is being sold to the Richardson Line, and is likely to be used to supplement their southern fleet.

Mr and Mrs Robert Stein, of Grafton Road, Gisborne, longtime members of the Salvation Army here. Mr Stein has just been appointed an envoy of the local corps, which is the highest nonofficer rank in the Army.
