A Quick Sortie South

Four teachers and forty pupils from forms I and II of the Manutuke School recently took a four-day educational trip to the South Island.

Train to Wellington, boat to Christchurch and a tour by bus to Lake Ohau, with visits to the dams at Benmore and Aviemore, were highlights of the trip.

Of great educational value, the journey was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole party.
