You can almost hear the sizzle as chef Ernie Swan cooks thick sirloin steaks--1100 of them altogether--for the Auckland Connoisseurs' Club. Aim of the club is to foster appreciation of fine New Zealand food and wine, and Hellaby's supplied sirloin steaks of the type which they airfreight to some of the top hotels and restaurants in the Pacific.
