Piping In The Haggis

The highlight of a Scottish night, held by the Gisborne Orphan's Club in the Abercorn Hall, was the "piping-in" of the haggis.

Ceremoniously paraded around the hall by kilted Orphans, the haggis was presented to Mr Kenneth MacKay for the traditional address.

It was officially cut and distributed to all present for sampling....most seemed to enjoy it.
