North Island Dog Trials

Although heavy rain marred the first days of the North Island sheepdog trials the finals were held in brilliant sunshine before a very large crowd on the McLean property at Puhatikotiko a few miles out of Te Karaka.

Over 300 dogs were entered and some fine work was seen between dog and master.
