On The Drawing Board

To be constructed by a Napier firm the structure will seat 180 in its 2,000 sq ft.

A perspective drawing of the new Public Relations Office which will be situated in Alfred Cox Park just opposite the old railway engine. Of 750 sq ft the building when finished will cost in excess of £3,000, but will be a most definite asset to the city and the ever-enlarging number of visitors who will pass this way.

The Apostolic Church which will be situated at 472 Gladstone Road. Designed by Donald Miller, of Gisborne, the front of the chapel features dual monolith concrete steeples over an ashlar coloured glass front.
