Roving Camera

Narendar came to New Zealand recently and after visiting Gisborne he and David did a tour of the South Island visiting other Scouters who were also at the jamboree.

Visitor From Fiji. David Bacon, 22 Walsh Street, and Narendar Kuma, Suva, Fiji, who have been pen pals since meeting at the Scout jamboree in Suva in 1957.

Engaged. Madeleine, eldest daughter of Mrs B. L. Frampton, 19 Glasgow Crescent, to Martin Thomas, son of the late Mr and Mrs F. Kerley, Dorset, England.

U.S.A. Visitor. On hand to greet Mary-Ellen Tabasco, who hails from Cleveland, Ohio, on her arrival in Gisborne for the May holidays, were members of the first committee, formed in Gisborne, of the American Field Service Club. This club fosters the exchange of students between the U.S. and N.Z. and at present Mary-Ellen is attending the Whakatane College for one year.
