Scouts Founder's Day Parade
Scouts and Cubs of the East Coast, Turanga and Gisborne troops turned out in number for the annual Founder's Day Parade which was honoured by the attendance of the Dominion Headquarters Commissioner of the Boy Scouts Association, Mr K. Anderson. After the ceremony, which was held in the shade of the trees in the Botanical Gardens, service awards were presented by the Commissioner.

Brian Lerwill is presented with the Gilwell Beads by the Commissioner.
