Old Timers' Rugby

Many familiar faces of past years were to be seen once more at Rugby Park on a recent Saturday when the H.S.O.B. club staged its annual end of season Old Timers' match.

Fielding a strong team (many of its members former representative players) the Old Timers gave the "young uns" a run for their money, and almost succeeded in winning the game.

However, a spirited last minute come-back by the current players finalised the score at 29 points all.

The referee was also a past player of the club, Mr Lex Gibson.
