Collecting For The Blind

A large band of voluntary workers canvassed the city on a recent Saturday morning for the New Zealand Foundation for the Blind's annual Braille Week collection.

A preliminary count showed a total sum of about £2200, which compared favourably with last year's effort. Some of the workers are shown in these pictures.
