Poverty Bay and New Zealand soccer representative Alan Sefton, who came to Gisborne from Britain three years ago, has moved to Auckland to take a sports reporting position on the Auckland Star. A former Herald reporter, Sefton was a member of the N.Z. team which toured the world last year. He was a member of the Eastern Union Club.

Mr and Mrs Pat Knell, with four-and-a-half year-old daughter Catherine, who are now living at 352 Ormond Road after moving from Waihi. Mr Knell has taken the position of accountant at the Bank of New Zealand vacated by Mr J. Reynolds.
