Riverside Bowling Club Presentations
Following their closing day tournament, members of the Riverside Women's Bawling Club held a social afternoon at which the season's trophies were presented by the Mayoress, Mrs H. H. Barker, patron of the club.

Winners of the club fours competition were, from lefts Mesdames E. Jackson (skip), V. Cox (3), E. Beatty (2), and B. Lennie (1).
The 1st and 2nd teams in the championships fours tourney were, from left: Mesdames J. Downey (skip) and L. Butler (2), of the winning team, and V. Mansfield (skip), G. Holland (2), and R. M. Coles (l), of the runner-up team. Absent were S. Lloyd, E. Read (winning team), and S. Meyrick.
