Champion Of Champions Bowling

The final rounds of the Gisborne-East Coast Bowling Centre's annual Champion of Champions singles tournament were held in good conditions at the Gisborne Bowling Club on a recent weekend.

Held in three sections, for seniors, intermediates, and juniors, the tournament is contested by champion bowlers from each club in the district.

Final placings went to the city's three senior clubs, Gisborne (G. A. Crowley), senior; Kahutia (D. McKenzie), intermediate; and Poverty Bay (K. Harrison), junior.
