The directors and staff of Ormonds Motors joined recently in making a presentation to Mr and Mrs Ralph Howard, Collins Street, on the occasion of their departure to live in Putaruru. At a gathering organised by the firm's social club, the managing director, Mr G. A. Nicholls, is seen with Mr and Mrs Howard following the presentation. Mr Howard was the firm's accountant.

At the Air Force Association's cabaret in the Army Hall recently, four ex - W.A.A.F.'s chose the right moment to get together again. They are Mrs M. J. Hay, of Ormond Road, Mrs W. Kerekere, of Gladstone Road, Mrs G. J. Low, of Cheeseman Road, and Mrs E. Dominey, of Redmond Street.
All four are members of the Gisborne Air Force Association.
