Hospital Conference And Trade Exhibition

The 18th annual New Zealand Hospital Officers' Association conference, held in Gisborne last month, was attended by 76 delegates representing hospital boards throughout the country.

The first to be held in the city, it ran for two days in the St. John Ambulance Association Hall, in Palmerston Road.

A trade exhibition comprised of hospital equipment from 37 firms, which ran in the Army Hall in conjunction with the conference, attracted much interest.
