Guide Commisioner In Gisborne

The Commonwealth Chief Commissioner of the Girl Guide Association, Miss Anstice Gibbs, of England, spent three days in Gisborne recently while on a tour of New Zealand at the invitation of the N.Z.G.G.A.

During her stay, Miss Gibbs was guest of honour at a luncheon at the Chalet Rendezvous with Gisborne guiders and commissioners.

Miss Gibbs stayed with Mrs H. S. P. McLernon, 32 Hurahura Road, a relation by marriage. This was their first meeting.
