Wedding Bells

At the Methodist Church recently, marriage vows were exchanged between Lois Elaine, daughter of Mr and Mrs G. F. Forbes, Centennial Crescent, and Maurice Callender Black, son of Mr and Mrs J. E. Black, of Wharerata. Bridal group, left to right, are: Miss Ann Taylor, Mr R. Black, brother of the bridegroom, Miss Pixie Taylor, Barbara McLeod, the groom, the bride, Heather McLeod, Miss Janet Sprott, Mr L. Forbes, brother of the bride (best man), and Miss Natalie Forbes, sister of the bride Future home of the couple is in Te Aroha.

Also married recently, at the Church of the Sacred Heart at Patutahi, were Marie Josephine, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs M. J. Hogan, Patutahi, and Alastair McRae McIntosh, of Rakauroa, son of the late Mr L. A. McIntosh and of Mrs McIntosh, Bushmere.
Attendants were the bride's sister, Mrs K. S. Bruce, and Misses Pamela Bradley and Margaret Dalrymple; and Messrs K. Parish (Auckland), D. Phillip (Auckland), and A. Redpath. Future home will be at Rakauroa.
