Water Reservoir Now In Operation

The Gisborne City Council's new 2,000,000 gallon balancing water reservoir on Nob Hill, which was completed late last year, is now operating successfully.

Built of concrete stressed to counteract the weight of the water inside it, the reservoir is designed to hold enough water to supply the city's needs for a day, giving consumers a constant pressure.
