"The Nutcracker" Ballet

The New Zealand Ballet Company treated a large audience to an enthralling performance when it staged Tchaikovsky's classic, "The Nutcracker", at the Opera House recently.

Under the artistic direction of Russell Kerr, the production was excellently presented, with polished performances being given by leading dancers Rosemary Johnston, Patricia O'Connor, Patricia White, Georgene Walker, Jon Trimmer, and Arthur Turnbull.
