Riverside Bowlers Open New Season

Members of the Riverside Women's Bowling Club opened their season with a ceremony at their greens in Disraeli Street recently.

Performing the act of bowling the official first ball of the season was the Mayoress, Mrs H. H. Barker, after which she was presented with a bouquet by the club president, Mrs M. Coles.
